What you can expect

Homeowners pay a single management fee that covers Elevate's full-service offerings, including the management of homecare, 24/7 guest services, demand-driven rates, and more. Our management fee is a set rate based off your bookings, which means we do well when YOU do well.

We do offer tailored fee plans for different owner's needs & are flexible with what we provide. If you would like to continue to handle certain aspects of the home management, we will work with you to ensure you are only paying for what you need.

Our mission is to make it easy, profitable, and enjoyable to own a vacation rental. Our truly unique service can bring more value into every aspect of owning your home without cutting corners.

So, our core services are covered by the management rate. Here is what our fee provides to you:

​

• Hands-on, Personalized care of your home from an on-the-ground dedicated, local property manager. We manage the in-between guest cleanings and maintenance, and then provide property inspections before each new guest arrives. The actual fees for cleaning, repairs, lawn care etc are additional and will be added to your monthly statement.

• Friendly 24/7 guest support and reservation services. We handle all of the inquiries, bookings, cancelations and any issue that may arise before, during or after a guest stay. 

​

• We inspect the property before each guest and check for any items that may need restocked, or anything we feel the house may need to help your guests better enjoy their stay. We take care of all of the items needed for your guest. The items we provide will be an additional charge added to your monthly statement.

**NOTE** We do offer full set up or assistance setting up a new rental at an additional charge not included in the management fee.
